Free, comprehensive, early childhood programming with home visiting, family child care, and center-based options.

Low-income families with children from birth to age 5 and pregnant women in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena Counties.

Child Care Wayfinder

MAHUBE-OTWA Wayfinder Navigators offer FREE support to start, sustain, and/or expand licensed child care businesses by providing one-on-one assistance and access to available resources.

Individuals/groups in Beltrami, Cass, Clearwater, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena Counties. 

Parent Aware Quality Coaching/CLASS Coaching Free coaching and technical assistance to support licensed child care programs participating in Minnesota's Parent Aware Rating Program. Parent Aware is the statewide quality rating and improvement system for Minnesota.

Early Learning Scholarships Early Learning Scholarships provide financial assistance to income-eligible families which help pay for child care and early child care education. Families in Beltrami, Cass, Clearwater, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena Counties, as well as Red Lake, White Earth, and Leech Lake Tribal communities.
Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) CCAP helps pay for the cost of childcare for income-eligible families with children birth to age 12, or up to 14 for children with special needs. Parents/guardians must be working, job searching, or attending school. Families in Becker, Marshall, Otter Tail, and Wadena Counties.
Emergency Assistance Emergency Food & Shelter, Winter Clothing Projects, Salvation Army Projects, United Way Assistance. Low-income in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena Counties.
Energy Assistance This program can help with paying your home heating bills. Low-income individuals in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena Counties.
Family Development & Housing Helping individuals, families, and unaccompanied youth (ages 16-24) with housing emergencies, homelessness, self-sufficiency and other barriers. Low-income individuals in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena Counties.
Family, Friends & Neighbors (FFN) When you care for the children of family, friends, or neighbors (FFN), you are providing critical support in helping children, families, and the community thrive. You are more than a babysitter and we are here to help support your work. Caregivers in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, Wadena, and Todd Counties.
Family Health Health Education, Physical Exams, Reproductive Health and STI Screening and Treatments. All individuals in Becker, Cass, Otter Tail, Stevens, Todd and Wadena Counties.
Fathers' Resource Program Assists parents with child support, custody and parenting time issues.   Residents of Becker, Clay, Grant, Morrison, Otter Tail, Pope, Todd, Traverse and Wilkin Counties or individuals who have a court case.
Homemaking & Chore Senior homemaking, chore and home repair services to help you remain living in your home.   Individuals 65+ and the disabled population in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail and Wadena Counties.
Medicare Assistance Medicare counselors provide FREE assistance to seniors. Individuals 60+ in Becker County.
MNSure Navigator

MNSure partner and assistor agency - providing health insurance outreach, education and application assistance to clients.
