Early Learning Scholarships
Increases access to quality child care/early childhood programs for children aged birth to 4 years old with the highest needs. Five-year-old children are eligible through August 31st of the current school year. Scholarships provide financial assistance to help families afford child care when attending an eligible program.
Eligibility
- Children Ages: Birth to age 4 (as of September 1st of the current school year) and not yet attending kindergarten. Five-year-old children are eligible through August 31st of the year they turn five.
- Income: Meets household income limits or receives assistance from an approved state or federally funded program.
- Children in foster care or child protective services do not need to meet income guidelines.

Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP)
Increases access to child care for children aged birth to 12 years old, or up to 14 years old for children with special needs. CCAP provides financial assistance to help families afford child care when attending a registered program.
Eligibility
- Children Ages: Birth to age 12, or up to age 14 with special needs.
- Income: Meets household income limits.
- Parents/guardians must be in an approved activity: working, job search, or going to school.
