Energy Assistance Program

THE ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM HAS STOPPED ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025-2026 PROGRAM YEAR AS OF MAY 31, 2026. IF YOU WERE APPROVED FOR THIS PROGRAM YEAR AND ARE NEEDING ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE, ADDITIONAL HELP IS AVAILABLE FOR FUEL AND ELECTRIC UNTIL 7/1/26.

There is currently NO FUNDING available for any energy-related assistance. The deadline for applications and furnace repair was May 31st and the deadline for using crisis funds was July 1st. If you are facing a disconnect, please make payment arrangements with your vendor or contact your local county social service department as no funding is available through this program until Fall. Please note our program no longer has the capacity to repair or replace a/c units or water heaters. Applications for the next heating season will be available in September 2026; you should receive one in the mail if you participated last season, if not, applications will be available to pick-up at any of our 5 office locations or to print off our website.
