Our MAHUBE-OTWA offices are open to the public Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. At each of our five offices (Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids, Mahnomen, Fergus Falls, Wadena) we can provide help with Past Due Rent, Energy Assistance, Head Start Enrollment, SNAP, Child Care Assistance, Head Start enrollment, and much more!
